How long will my order take?
Each piece is made to order with care. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production before your order ships. If anything changes on timing, you’ll always be kept in the loop. If you purchase the "Rush Production" add on, your order will be made within one week of confirmation.
Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
Because every item is custom made just for you, all sales are final. We’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds on personalized pieces.
Custom Orders: Will I see a proof before my order is made?
Yes. For custom orders, a digital mockup will be sent for your approval before anything is stitched. Production only begins once you’ve confirmed everything is exactly how you want it.
Custom Orders: Can I make changes after approving my proof?
Once a design has been approved and production has started, changes can’t be made. If you need adjustments, please reach out as soon as possible before approval.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes, rush orders are available and can be selected at checkout. To apply rush processing, please add the “Rush Production” add-on from the product page to your cart for each item you’d like rushed. For example, if you are placing 3 rushed items, you’ll need to add 3 Rush Order add-ons to your order.

What if I enter the wrong personalization?
Please double-check all spelling, initials, and details before submitting your order. Because each piece is made to order, we’re unable to make changes once production begins.
Do you take custom requests?
Yes, always. If you have something specific in mind, I’d love to hear it. Reach out on the "Custom Request" tab and we can talk through what’s possible.
How will my order arrive?
Each piece is carefully packaged and shipped with tracking so you can follow it every step of the way until it reaches your door.
