All items are custom made to order, so all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Orders begin production right away and cannot be changed or canceled once placed.

If there is an error on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.

We are unable to offer refunds for sizing errors, preference changes, shipping delays, or slight handmade variations.
